How do you feel? Have some Tea!

Hi guys!

Just one more sleep to go – Friday is near! Today I was looking for more blogs to follow because I am really interested in what other people have to say and then I remembered, Poppy Deyes is a blogger and I follow her on instagram on my main account (as you can see, I have figured out how to make links!!) . I read her latest post, Which Tea // which mood? , and I think it’s a lovely post. Poppy talked about teas for different moods and I think she’s right. I am more a coffee lover but in typical Brits style, nothing can beat a good, tasty cuppa!

Some of the teas I have tried and agree with but some I haven’t tried and I thought maybe you guys would like to know about these if you haven’t looked at Poppy Deyes’ blog. By the way, you should defo go and check her blog out! These are teas Poppy has recommended and I haven’t tried all of them so I am sorry if these don’t work for you. Let’s get straight to it!

~Rise and Shine~

Ginger tea is one of my faves and what Poppy and I would both recommend it for waking you up or maybe just to give you a kick. It is normally a strong tea that has a kick to your throat when you have a sip (don’t worry, it has a lovely flavour and it doesn’t literally kick you in the throat, just in case you thought so). It is actually quite good for giving you a great start to the day, so get sipping!!

~Life’s Good~

Ever feel like life is just going your way? Well, what you need is some tea to celebrate. Something sweet maybe? Yep, fruityyyyyyy teaaaaaa!!!!! Fruity tea is my favorite and I can drink it anytime, anywhere. But the best times to have it is when you are feeling simply amazing! As Poppy said – Bluebird Tea is just happiness in a mug! I haven’t tried it though, but that’s just a tea she is loving at the moment. I totally recommend trying fruity tea because it is truly incredible.

~Feeling Down~

There are always times when you or a friend are feeling absolutely bleugh. Well instead of sitting around sobbing about it, drink some tea. I would normally say “drink coffee,” but now, we are talking tea! If you are feeling horrible, try having a good old gulp of delicious tea. Poppy said that she has tried ‘M&S detox tea’ and personally, I have no idea what that is. I haven’t tried or heard of it but what I would normally drink at this point is a classic British tea with a bit more sugar than usual, just to make me a little bit hyper and feel better.
